The city of Cork is about to witness the grand opening of its newest hotel, the Premier Inn, following an extensive €29 million refurbishment of the historic Moore's Hotel building. This project, led by the renowned Elliot Group, promises to bring a fresh and innovative approach to hospitality in Cork. Dynamic Design Consultants were proud to offer M&E consultancy services throughout the project. 

 

The Revitalisation Journey

The revitalisation of the old Moore's Hotel building has been a long-awaited endeavor. Construction on the site commenced in September 2021, and after years of meticulous planning and hard work, the layers of scaffolding and construction hoarding have finally been removed, revealing the stunning transformation. The new Premier Inn is set to open its doors to guests by January 2024, offering a total of 187 well-appointed bedrooms.

Dynamic Design Consultants integrated state-of-the-art mechanical and electrical systems into the Premier Inn Cork. These systems are designed to provide optimal comfort and energy efficiency for guests.
