Twilfit House, Abbey Road Dublin was purchased by Whitbread Plc in 2018, it represents a significant step in Premier Inns’ expansion into Ireland as the they look to fulfil a requirement for 2000+ bedrooms in Dublin.
 

We have a long well-established working relationship with Whitbread Plc and have been involved in this Project from the beginning. Works include the demolition of the existing building and removal of redundant M&E services to allow the design and new build 9 storey Premier Inn Hotel, consisting of 206 bedrooms, with an onsite restaurant and bar on the ground floor overlooking Wolf Tone Park in the heart of Dublin City Centre.
