Dynamic Design Consultants were appointed by Ryanair to carry out the full MEP services design for their new Dublin based technical centre for flight excellence. The building has been designed to house four full motion and two fixed flight simulators for pilot training.

The MEP services design included the heating/ventilation, plumbing services, general/small power, general/emergency lighting, life safety and specialist security systems. DDC were also responsible for the MV/LV design and specialised earthing arrangements to suit the specific requirements for the flight simulators.

Our Client - Ryanair

New Hangar located airside on the North Apron at Dublin Airport, approximately 8,485m2 gross floor area. Inclusive of ancillary offices, reception, stores, toilet, and canteen. Dynamic Design Consultants were appointed by Ryanair to carry out the full MEP services design for their new Dublin hangar to provide an on-site maintenance facility for up to four large passenger jets at any one time. The MEP services include the latest technology in energy efficient heating, ventilation and lighting to ensure the building services were in line with the latest building regulations and compliant with Ryanair’s environmental policies.
