ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Lanyon Towers at Lanyon Plaza provides Grade A/B office accommodation which adept as a multi occupancy office block given the highly flexible floorplates which provide maximum versatility in space planning and therefore capable in facilitating a broad spectrum of needs.
This 15 storey building comprises of 135 basement parking spaces, 100,000 sq ft office accommodation across five floors and 90,000 sq ft of office accommodation across the upper seven floors of the two towers.
Dynamic Design Consultants were appointed by Oxford Street Capital Ltd, to carry out the MEP services design for the lower ground floor, fifth to eleventh floor office accommodation, which was a combination of category A or B with full services design and fit-out for some of the tenants which were mostly worked in the IT/Data of financial services.
