The Vandon House Hotel is situated in the heart of Victoria, London SW1, the building is from around the 1930’s and comprised of 13,000 sqft internal area. The 5star luxury hotel comprises of 53 exclusive bedrooms and 6 apartments with their own independent entrance, offering a combination of privacy, convenience and service of luxury from this highly prestigious hotel.

 

Dynamic Design Consultants were appointed as part of the design and build team to design the entire MEP services installations for these prestigious hotel. The MEP services included the heating and ventilation, plumbing and drainage system, general/decorative/emergency lighting, mains LV distribution system, general small power (including smart room technology), audio/visual systems, security systems and life safety systems, including sprinkler, fire alarm, smoke ventilation secondary emergency power installations.

 

DDC worked closely with the other members of the design and client teams, to ensure the MEP services were incorporated in a discrete fashion to compliment the detailed interior design whilst still being an environmentally friendly design which was fully compliant with the Building Regulations, British Standards, design guides and codes of practice.
