Extensive refurbishment and extension to a historic listed dwelling in rural location. Complete mechanical and electrical design. Works included new utilities installation and connections, (Water, electricity, telecom), General power distribution, lighting installation, fire detection and alarm system, intruder alarm system, IT network, solar thermal panels and pumping station, IP TV distribution system, LPG fired combined heating and hot water system, reconditioned traditional radiators, PIV, (Positive Input Ventilation) and intermittent extract ventilation systems. Water supply to this dwelling was by dual feed, i.e. via mains connection and via a well on site.
