New dwelling on a green field site in a rural setting, Complete mechanical and electrical design. Works included new utilities installation and connections, (Water, electricity, telecom), General power distribution, lighting installation, fire detection and alarm system, intruder alarm system, IT Network, Solar Thermal Panel and Pumping Station. Oil Fired heating system, gate Access Control System, CCTV system, MVHR ventilation system. There was a particular emphasis on this project to be as close to Passivhaus standard as possible, we therefore detailed the specification to meet that standard where we could with the boiler efficiencies, pipework insulation and routing and the MVHR system ducting etc. The kitchen extract system was also installed to recycle the ‘waste’ heat from the cooking process via a charcoal filter system.
