Dynamic Design Consultants Ltd were appointed as the Mechanical and Electrical Design Engineers by the Client (Liberty IT) to work alongside their design team in order to refurbish their offices on the fourth to eighth floors at the Adelaide Exchange Building, Belfast. The Mechanical and Electrical Design was to reflect the Clients requirements/specification to have an office suite which was designed to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and learning, providing the finest in modern work spaces. Mechanical and Electrical services to reception areas, open planned offices, meeting rooms, conference rooms, managers offices, managing directors office, boardroom, comms room, machine rooms, mail room, kitchens, male, female and disabled toilets. Mechanical and Electrical Services installed included soils & wastes, Plumbing, Sanitaryware, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, Generator, UPS, Telecoms Cabling, Fire Alarm, Intruder Alarm, Access Control and CCTV Systems. Mechanical and Electrical Design was in compliance with all current legislation and codes of practice. The project had a limited time frame and it was delivered on time and within budget.
