Re-development of the Grade 1 listed Ulster Bank Building, to a five star luxury hotel, situated in the Cathedral Quarter of Belfast City Centre.  Complete Mechanical and Electrical Design to bedrooms, lobby area, kitchen, bar, nightclub, restaurant and conference rooms.  The project at the Old Ulster Bank, Waring Street was surveyed and new services designed in conjunction with Conservation Architects.  The nature and inherent value of the Architecture at the building meant that the Mechanical and Electrical Services needed to be carefully integrated into the existing fabric in a non destructive, non intrusive manner.  This included Fire Alarm, Lighting, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating and Communications Systems installed to complement the building.
